Terms of Service

By connecting a wallet, placing a bet, swapping an NFT, or otherwise using TPlay (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Each spin or swap constitutes acceptance of the Terms in effect at the time of that action.

TPlay is a blockchain-based game of chance involving GRAM and NFT assets. Outcomes are determined by on-chain logic and disclosed rules; there is no guarantee of winning any prize.

The Service is provided for entertainment. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for your decisions to play, the amounts you wager, the NFTs you send, and compliance with laws applicable to you.

You must ensure that your wallet, device, and network connection are secure. You are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming them in your wallet.

You must be at least the minimum legal age for gambling or similar activities in your jurisdiction, and you must not use the Service where prohibited by law.

All GRAM payments and NFT transfers made through the Service are final and irreversible on the blockchain.

We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or compensation for lost bets, unsuccessful spins, network fees, user error, or rejected transactions, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If you win, prize delivery depends on smart-contract execution, vault availability, and network conditions. Delays or failures may occur; support may assist with recorded wins but cannot guarantee on-chain delivery times.

Displayed odds and pool contents may change without notice. Visual animations are illustrative; the authoritative result is the on-chain and server-recorded outcome.

You accept risks inherent to blockchains: congestion, forks, bugs, wallet compromise, incorrect addresses, and loss of private keys.

NFT and GRAM values fluctuate. We do not guarantee liquidity, market value, or future utility of any asset.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of TPlay and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, NFTs, GRAM, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Service in the thirty (30) days before the claim, or one (1) GRAM if no such payments were made.

You may not exploit bugs, manipulate outcomes, use bots or scripts to abuse the Service, launder funds, or violate applicable sanctions or anti-money-laundering rules.

We may restrict access, cancel sessions, or cooperate with authorities when abuse or illegal activity is suspected.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
